Aisling is a Doctoral Candidate, her research is focused on capturing young people with complex needs experiences of collaborative service delivery: the ‘No Wrong Door’ policy concept. She completed her MA in Human Rights in Criminal Justice in the summer of 2022. Aisling worked with young people in residential care in New York where she completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She completed the MA in Human Rights and Criminal Justice. She worked in a Youth Diversion Project and, more recently, was working with young people involved in the court system.
