Carol Daugherty Rasnic is Professor Emerita of Business Law, Labor Law, and International Law at .
She is a five-time Fulbright Professor of Law (Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Austria [two]). Professor Rasnic has been admitted to the bars of Tennessee and Virginia and has practised law in both states.
