As the VLE Project ended on 30 April 2024, a new interim structure has been put in place to cover the period from May 2024 to May 2025.

VLE Interim Structure showing how the three working groups (training and communications, technical operations, and functional changes) feed into the VLE Management Board, which in turn feeds into FLTAC and ULTAC and is governed by DGSC and EC. The entire structure is facilitated by the Community of Practice and Learning Technology Forum
VLE Interim Structure (May 2024 to May 2025)

The VLE Management Board comprises the following members:

  • Prof. Ann Ledwith, Chair of the VLE Management Board 

  • Dr Angélica Rísquez, Deputy Chair of the VLE Management Board, Chair of Training & Communications Working Group and Learning Technology Forum representative  

  • Dr Kathleen Markey, representing the Faculty Learning, Teaching and Assessment Committee at EHS  

  • Dr Caoilfhionn Ni Bheachain, representing the Faculty Learning, Teaching and Assessment Committee at KBS  

  • Dr Scott Fitzsimmons, representing the Faculty Learning, Teaching and Assessment Committee at AHSS  

  • Dr Teresa Curtin, representing the Faculty Learning, Teaching and Assessment Committee at SE
