The scope, challenge and impact of leaders across societies, industries, organisations and teams is well established, and has prompted greater attention to, and required efficacy of leadership development initiatives. Our research interests here concern leader development interventions that can equip current and future leaders with the visions, values and capabilities to drive positive change and create more sustainable work futures.
