The Health Implementation Science and Technology cluster (HIST) and the Health Research Institute are delighted to welcome

Ms Laura Damschroder 

Subject: Understanding and Harnessing the Powerful Role of Context for Successful Implementations to Benefit Patients.

Short description: Laura Damschroder will describe the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), its evolution to Version 2, and application in a case illustration. She will demonstrate how frameworks like the CFIR are both practical to use and are essential for advancing implementation science.

Speaker Bio: Laura Damschroder is an implementation researcher, who collaborates on many publicly funded research projects through Implementation Pathways, LLC. She is also a full-time investigator with the Veterans Affairs Center for Clinical Management Research in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Adjunct Associate Professor at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. Ms. Damschroder is an international leader in advancing the science of implementation and is lead developer of the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), one of the most widely used frameworks in implementation science.
