The Mental Health research cluster aims to undertake and disseminate high quality national and international, interdisciplinary and collaborative research that is both responsive and influential to contemporary mental health practice, policy and education.

In particular, our research centres on promoting recovery, social inclusion, trauma-awareness and perinatal mental health with a view to improving health and care outcomes for individuals experiencing mental ill-health.
