Overview
All 51±¾É« students, and eligible employees, are provided with a digital user account (student account or staff account) which provides the following functionality:
- Use of a 51±¾É« email account
- Access to OneDrive and SharePoint
- Access to university administrative and academic systems that the account holder has been granted access to, based on their affiliation with the university
- Access to networked computing resources around campus, including printers

Employee digital user accounts
Employees may be UL direct employees or employees of Partner Companies.
Your staff account is automatically provided. You will receive an email to your personal email address with your account details on your employment start date.
Note: Not all employees are assigned a staff account by default. If you require an account for your role, please discuss this with your hiring manager and HR representative during the onboarding process.
The expiry date on your staff account is linked to your employment end date as defined in Core HR / PAMS.
Yes, you can, but you must specify this requirement to your hiring manager and HR representative during the onboarding process.
You will retain access to your staff account for 15 days after your end date as defined in CoreHR / PAMS.
