There is considerable teaching and research expertise across the Faculty in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. For the benefit of the internal UL community and outside stakeholders, the Faculty capitalised on this expertise by launching an interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in 2021/22. The Graduate Certificate is a one-year, online, part-time programme, that allows learners to develop an interdisciplinary understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion and to explore strategies for change.
