Using colleagues to help with reflection
Sometimes your colleagues can be a great source of evaluative information. You may be in a team that has more experienced colleagues who have been through and experienced the same challenges you are now facing. Reaching out to them to discuss informally what they have tried in their career is a good way of utilizing the collective experience to improve your own practice. You could also ask for more formal assistance to understand where you currently are in your teaching practice.
